Expressing aggression has become more difficult. Symptoms and adjustment disorders caused by suppressing one’s aggression have been rising since 2010. However, to live an enriched life, it is necessary to sublimate the negative energy that rises within us. Speaking up for oneself, making requests appropriately and venting help one’s relationships with others and the environment continue favorably.
