Preferences for music can be represented through music features. The widespread prevalence of music streaming has allowed for music feature information to be aggregated and analyzed by service providers. In this paper, a comparative cultural study (Taiwan, Japan, and the U.S.) on music features was conducted by machine learning to examine the cultural differences of popular music in each cultural market.
