The research involves the analysis of the relationship between sleep and mood in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. Particular attention will be given to the symbolic analysis of dreams and nightmares and the relationship between the dream elements and psychopathological alterations of mood and sleep quality.
Participants were asked to complete online form for assessment questionnaire of sleep quality, dream emotional content, waking mood, fear of Covid-19. Results indicated that structure and dreams symbols and quality of sleep was associated with mood and fear of covid-19. The results of the research and suggestions for the need longitudinal studies of structure and symbols of dreams related emotions, mood and sleep alterations, are discussed, for manage and prevent in mental health population in pandemic state.
