A fMRI Analysis Seminar “Functional/Effective Connectivity Analysis 2018”, was Held
A fMRI Analysis Seminar “Functional/Effective Connectivity Analysis 2018” was held at the Inamori Center on March 18 and 19, 2019. The lecturer was Takanori Kochiyama (ATR-Promotions, Brain Activity Imaging Center).
This year marks the 6th two-day seminar, organized and moderated by Associate Professor Nobuhito Abe. The seminar aims to teach functional/effective connectivity analysis skills for fMRI via lectures and practice.
The seminar offered an opportunity to learn theory, knowledge and practical analysis from Dr. Kochiyama. This year, the seminar focused on Psycho-Physiological Interaction (PPI) analysis and Dynamic Casual Modeling (DCM).
