1.Empirical research on the atypicalization of kokoro
1)A- Research on autism spectrum disorders and the atypicalization of development
Frames of reference, such as “stereotype” and “standards” have been disappearing today. Atypicalization of development and pathology have resulted in various issues and symptoms. For example, as the severity of pathologies has lessened, the gray areas in developmental disorders are increasing and human relationships are narrowing. This project will focus on examining clinical approaches to autism spectrum disorders and will analyze the phenomena of atypicalization in modern times.
1)B- Research on aggression in people today
This project investigates changes in when and how aggression is expressed in situations where there is a request to be met and a feeling of guilt, and how one decides to assert or suppress oneself. In 2017, the PF study targeting university students showed characteristics of modern responses. In 2018, we continue to aim to investigate the spectrum of the adaptive assertion and non-adaptive aggression in contemporary society.
