A Video of the Fourth Kyoto Kokoro Initiative Symposium, “Kokoro and Artificial Mind”, has been Released

A video of the fourth Kyoto Kokoro Initiative Symposium has been released. The symposium, entitled “Kokoro and Artificial Mind” was held at the Kyoto University Clock Tower Centennial Hall on October 14th, 2019.

The theme of this year was “Kokoro and Artificial Mind”, and redefined “kokoro” in the context of natural science and technology. Three researchers, who have contributed to the understanding and development of artificial intelligence and deep learning, examined the relationship between people and technology in the future from their respective perspectives, comparing artificial intelligence with kokoro in human beings.
