A paper by Associate Professor Nobuhito Abe and colleagues has been published in Neuroscience and Biobehavioral Reviews.

A paper by Associate Professor Nobuhito Abe and colleagues, entitled “Mapping the interconnected neural systems underlying motivation and emotion: A key step toward understanding the human affectome,” has been published in Neuroscience and Biobehavioral Reviews.

This research was conducted with several overseas researchers as part of the global multidisciplinary collaboration in affective neuroscience, Human Affectome Project (http://neuroqualia.org/index.php). The project brings together researchers from different areas of expertise, writing review articles on a variety of topics in affective neuroscience.

As a member of the Motivation Team (http://neuroqualia.org/taskforce.php), Prof. Abe wrote a review article on the neural basis of motivation and emotion.
