The Local Community is an important element that has a significant effect on the richness of kokoro and people’s sense of well-being. This research aims to investigate the essence of the richness of kokoro by examining environmental factors (e.g., local culture, landscape, history, the ecological environment and livelihood) and individual factors (interpersonal dynamics) and their mutual interactions. We will examine the psychological and physical effects of interactive activities (city-village, multigeneration) within local communities by conducting village field surveys in an agricultural community along with cohort surveys of the local multigenerational exchanges within and outside the target community.
