Professor Yoshinori Hiroi and Professor Yukiko Uchida shared their views under the condition of the new coronavirus pandemic from the perspective of the humanities and social sciences, in the special project “Interview Series: Pause, and Have a Think” planned by the Unit of Kyoto Initiatives for the Humanities and Social Sciences

Today, a new coronavirus pandemic is bringing about major changes in society both at home and abroad. From the perspective of humanities and social sciences, which take a pause to consider the meaning of this emergency, the Unit of Kyoto Initiatives for the Humanities and Social Sciences is planning interview series “Pause, and Have a Think.” Prof. Hiroi and Prof. Uchida from KRC appeared in this project.
